Is the website design really free upfront?
Yes. There is no upfront design or build invoice. If your application is accepted, we explain the simple ongoing service plan before you decide whether to continue.
How long does it take to get my website?
Most websites are ready within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your completed website details, content and files.
Is every application accepted?
No. We review every application and only move forward where we believe our service is a genuine fit. That lets us maintain a high standard and realistic turnaround times.
Do I own my content and domain?
Yes. Your business content, images and domain remain yours. We look after the design, hosting and ongoing technical work while your plan is active.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes. We can create service websites and online shops. Tell us what you need in the application and we’ll confirm whether it fits before payment.
What if I want changes later?
Small text and image changes are included as part of the ongoing service. Send the request to our team and we’ll take care of it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long fixed-term contract. Just email support@websiteforless.co.uk and our team will take care of it.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, services, preferred pages, a logo if you have one, and any photos you want included. Our guided form makes it clear what to send.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our current service, support and billing are designed for UK businesses.
